Team event Division 1 - £300 winning team, £150 R/Up, £50 3rd
Mini Assessments Band 1 - Winner £200 Runner Up - £100

All other events - Trophies or medals
This is a great tournament for all ages and levels!
Players may play a maximum of 3 events. The team event, mini assessments, and one age category.
Team Event (Saturday) 10am
Once you register a team you can select other entered players and collect money from them privately.
Teams of 2, maximum 4 players per team. Seeding will be based on the average rating.
Team Match Format (Singles best of 5, doubles best of 3)
A v Y, B v X, Doubles, A v X, B v Y
(if team has a 3rd player they can play doubles if captain decides)
Stage 1 10am-4:30pm - Divisions of 6 teams, 2 groups of 3. (All matches played, i.e a match can be 5-0)
Stage 2 4:30pm - 6pm - Winners of groups play, and 2nds play for 3rd/4th. (Played to result, i.e could finish 3-0)
Mini Assessments (Sunday Morning) 9:30am - 1:30pm
Band 1 - Two groups of 3 then 3 play off matches.
Bands 2-8 - 3 groups of 3, and then 3 groups of 3 depending on finish position in 1st group. Some bands may have an extra play off stage. On average players will get 4 games.
Sunday Individual Events (Sunday Afternoon) 1:30pm - 6pm
Depending on entries, top players in each event may be seeded through to the knockout round. Most players will play in a qualification stage in groups of 3, with one player going through to KO. On average players will get 3 games.
Other Information
1. Car parking, water, tea & coffee and changing facilities are available at the venue.
2. Seedings will be based on Ratings Central and count towards national rankings.
3. Full results will be updated live set by set online.
4. The main colour of clothing must not be white.
5. Singles matches will be played best of 5 sets up to 11 points.
6. ITTF regulations for international competitions apply to this event.
7. White DHS DJ40+ 3 star balls will be used.
8. Entries will close on 5th January or before if fully subscribed.
9. Full refunds can be provided up until 2 weeks of the tournament start date.

11. The hall will open for practice at 9am on Saturday and 8:30am on Sunday.
